Fees

 

Holding fee 

              £500.00

 

This will reserve the property for you while all the relevant checks are carried out to ensure the tenancy can proceed.  It will be deducted from the monies due at the commencement of the tenancy.

 

Application fee – per tenant 

              £180.00

 

Guarantor fee – per guarantor 
              £70.00

 

Company application fee 

              £350.00

 

Tenancy renewal

              £75.00

 

Pet deposit  

              £250.00

 

If you have a pet, a deposit is required – it will be protected with your security deposit.

 

Inventory check out fee

              £65.00 to £150.00
