It offers total peace of mind because we take on the responsibility for virtually all aspects of the letting, from advertising and finding a tenant, to preparing contracts, collecting rent, organising maintenance and ensuring the various Acts and regulations covering letting property are adhered to.

 

The charges for this service are a percentage of the monthly rental and are deducted on a monthly basis from rent received.

 

It’s a service requiring the least amount of involvement on your part as landlord, making it ideal if you are too busy to deal with the day to day management of your property or you live away from Cambridge or outside the UK.
